Stop 53: Philips’s Ravine

This tour stop is the historical marker located on Manchester Trafficway just across the street from the Big Blue Battlefield sign. Just before noon on October 23, Col. John F. Philips initiated his final assault on Bloody Hill from the ravine at this location.
